Record Your Family History

Welcome!

Thank you for participating in The Ekopolitan Project. This genealogical survey will ask you to provide information about your family and ancestors.  The information you provide here will create a lasting record of your family’s history for future generations and contribute to scholarly understandings of the larger history of Lagos. Completing the survey should take about 10 – 15 minutes.

To review the questions in advance of filling out the survey, see below. If you don’t know the answer to a question, you can ask a family member. If you can’t find the answer immediately, you may skip the question. When you’re ready with all your answers, take the survey.
